Butler – Luxury 5-Star Villa in Canggu, Bali
Are you a hospitality professional with a passion for luxury service and attention to detail? We are looking for a Butler to join our dedicated team at a high-end 5-star villa in Canggu, Bali. This exclusive property features five spacious bedrooms, elegant design, and world-class service — and we’re looking for someone who can match that level of excellence and is used to work with SOP’s.
Your Role
As our Butler, you will:
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, order, and presentation across the villa
- Welcome guests with warmth and hospitality, offering personal touches such as welcome drinks and fresh fruit by the pool
- Create an exceptional and seamless guest experience by anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations
- Handson daily housekeeping operations and oversee villa cleanliness and functionality
- Guide, mentor, and supervise junior housekeeping staff
- Report directly to the Villa Manager and work closely with the wider villa team

Who You Are
- Experienced in housekeeping or butler service in luxury villa
- Highly responsible, professional, and detail-oriented
- Able to communicate well in English
- Eye for details
- Comfortable working independently and confident leading junior staff
- Passionate about hospitality and focused on delivering unforgettable guest experiences
- Skilled in preparing basic breakfasts (eggs, toast, fruit) and Indonesian dishes is a plus
- Calm under pressure, proactive, and solution-focused
- You already live in Bali
