The Role:

Oxfam in Indonesia is looking for an energetic intern to learn. Intern will be supporting knowledge management and content writing as well, or any other required assignments. Guidance will be provided accordingly.

What we are looking for:

We’re looking for a candidate who cares about Oxfam’s mission to end poverty and is personally aligned to our feminist principles and values of empowerment, accountability and inclusion in all you do.
An ideal candidate for the role will also be / have:
    • Education: High school with data management. Final year of Diploma or Bachelor’s degree with relevant studies.
    • Technical Skills:
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic database management.
      • Familiarity with box or other cloud data storage platform.
      • Familiarity with archiving and knowledge management systems is an advantage.
    • Soft Skills:
      • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
      • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
      • Good communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
    • Other:
      • Understanding of data protection and ethical considerations in documentation and knowledge sharing.
